Have you heard of Pop Pilates?! A new popular trend in the Pilates world known as “Pop Pilates” has a lot of long-time practitioners excited about the future of Pilates. As the world becomes more excited about new, and exciting forms of fitness, Pop Pilates blends Pilates, dance, cardio, and music into an overall full-body, fat burning experience! Developed by YouTube fitness guru Cassey Ho, Pop Pilates sculpts as well as strengthens a wide-range of muscle groups in new and fun ways; bringing in a whole set of movements allowing Pilates practitioners to burn more fat while they perform their favorite form of fitness!
A Fun New Way to Tone Up at VBalance!
At VBalance Pilates we are proud to now be offering a fun, new, and exciting way for our students to burn fat, with Pole Dancing classes now available! Our experienced Head Pilates Instructor, Olga Vovsha, has meticulously designed a set of pole dancing workouts, with full-instruction. Not only helping you burn fat, and tone up in a fun, unconventional way, but teaching you the skill of pole dancing as well. Pole dancing takes a great deal of physical fitness, classes will help you:
- Build both Upper & Lower body functional strength.
- Enhance your flexibility.
- Improve balance.
- Improve intimacy.
- Build confidence in yourself.
- Learn a fun, new set of movements to burn calories, and lose fat.
- Take a break from conventional workout methods, that can become boring and tedious over time.

POLE DANCING CLASSES
Pole Dancing classes have gained a lot of popularity in the fitness world recently. It is an amazing way of breaking a sweat, working both the upper and lower body at the same time. Pole Dancing allows women (and men!) to improve functional strength, used in everyday life, as well as balance/coordination, in a fun, new setting without the constraints of conventional gym equipment.
Pole Dancing classes resemble more of a party then a fitness class, with excellent music and a laid-back atmosphere, it’s the perfect environment to loosen up after work, spend time being active with friends, or learn a new skill to improve intimacy in your relationship!
